Young Professionals Council

• To help meet the needs of younger members, such as developing new services that would be beneficial to the organization in serving the needs of the young professional members.
• To enhance and develop the member experience as it relates to younger members.
• To generate insight on current programming including mentorship, leadership training, and entrepreneurial and general education needs for emerging industry professionals.
• To develop strategies to support student chapters in their transition to an industry professional upon graduation.

Although the Young Professionals Group is targeted at members under 45 years of age, it is intended to also bridge the divide that sometimes exists between the younger and older members within the home building association (HBA).
