Entries and the Regal Book
For over 3 decades, the Builders and Remodelers Association of Delaware (formerly Home Builders Association of Delaware) have been celebrating outstanding achievements in Delaware’s Home Building industry. Regal award winners are honored through a juried award celebration event, called the Regal Awards, and printed Regal Book.
Every Regal Award submission is assigned a score by a panel of qualified expert judges. Criteria is based on design, craftsmanship, and completeness of entry. Those with the highest scores in their respective category earn Regal Awards. And “Of the Year” Award Winners take home the most coveted Regal Awards.

The 2023 Regal Award Ceremony will be May 19, 2023, at the Lighthouse Cove Event Center in Dewey Beach.
Early Bird Ticket Purchases made by March 31st are $100* each and are available HERE…
Ticket purchases between April 1 – May 1 will be $120* each.
